PATIENT PUT IN A HOSPITAL ROOM AND FORGOTTEN - FOUR DAYS LATER, THEY FIND HIM UNRESPONSIVE
Patient’s Heart and Blood Pressure Medications Withheld and He is Intubated Without Sedation
My husband, Duane, and I are members of Kaiser Permanente. On January 21, 2022, the ambulance took him to Gardena Memorial because it was close by and he was having trouble breathing. I gave the paramedics the names of Duane’s medicines that he took daily. I told them that he did NOT smoke and had a Stent in his chest from years earlier. Also, I told them that he had been vaccinated.
My husband called me from the hospital and said that he had been diagnosed with Covid. Marjan Chegounchi, M.D was Duane’s assigned doctor. Instead of putting Duane in the Intensive Care Unit, they put him in a room on the fifth floor and forgot about him until he was found four days later unresponsive.
On January 24, I called Kaiser hospital to cancel my husband’s appointment with the foot doctor and told them that he had been hospitalized with Covid. The hospital later called me back and insisted on sending an ambulance to take me to the hospital. That afternoon while riding in the ambulance I received a call from: Behzad H. Noorian, M.D. He kept asking me if my husband smoked. I told him NO more than once. I asked if my husband could be transferred to another hospital. He told me that my husband was too sick to be transferred. Duane was found unresponsive before 7:00 a.m. on January 24, 2022, but Dr. Noorian did not mention this during our afternoon conversation.
Gregory Chlebeck, RN, should be held accountable for pushing a tube down my husband’s throat without the benefit of sedation. They caused him pain and suffering by withholding his heart, blood pressure and Covid medication.
My husband DID NOT smoke. That was a falsehood on the medical report. He was not vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine. He was vaccinated with the Moderna vaccine. He was seeing a doctor regularly due to a foot surgery. His medical report said that he had not seen a doctor for a while.
I’ve recently learned that the hospital has filed bankruptcy. This hospital needs to be investigated and closed before they cause more death.
P.S. They were on the news regarding stacking dead bodies in a container parked outside of the hospital; the container was not properly refrigerated. You can look up Memorial Hospital of Gardena Covid deaths. There are a couple of videos.
